Fabrication Services
MP&G Machine and Design is proud to offer a wide variety of services from it’s fabrication facility. Our services include but are not limited to: custom design and fabricated prototypes; MIG, TIG and stick welding; shearing, forming rolling and drilling of plate and sheet stock.
The MP&G Fabrication Department and our precision machine shop work together on many projects. This offers our customers a high quality, turnkey prototype or precision weldment.
We have the ability to work with a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous materials including; Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium, as well as most tool steels and carbon alloys. This allows us to meet the demanding requirements and exacting tolerances of food processing, pharmaceutical or manufacturing applications and equipment.

Design Services

MP&G develops machinery from concept through manufacture. We also retrofit existing equipment to faster, more efficient standards. We consult on both mechanical and electrical automation projects.
